A resort pool for cooling off, a playground area just outside the complex, safe access to the beach, and a BBQ area all complement this lovely apartment.
There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and ensuite with a walk in shower and a toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds and a served by a separate bathroom containing a shower over the bath and a toilet.
Please note this property does sleep 7 , there is a sofa bed in the lounge and a rollaway bed ( for child only) located in the second bedroom cupboard.
There is a modern laundry and kitchen with cooktop and oven.
The lounge/dining area has a couch and chair plus a smart TV. The dining table seats six.
There are two fans for summer.
There are cafe, takeaways and eateries within walking distance, as well as supermarkets and shopping centres within quick driving distance at Currimundi, Wurtulla and Kawana.
Caloundra’s central business district and shops are just a few kilometres to the south.
A children’s playground, BBQs, and picnic tables are out the front. Overlooking the lake’s entrance is a coffee shop and a cafe.
There are many walking and bike riding pathways around the lake and surrounding areas. Walk along the two kilometre stretch of sand to Dicky Beach and return via the walking trail is a popular pass time.
