The Apartments is within walking distance to everything including patrolled surf and calm-water beaches, all day dining & takeaway options, clubs & pubs, medical, groceries & essentials, retail and more.
Unit 8 enjoys a E/NE aspect. The dual-access, wrap-around balcony catches winter sun, summer shade, breezes and outstanding views across Caloundra Passage to Bribie Island and the shipping channel to Moreton Island.
The main bedroom comprises a queen bed, ensuite and separate balcony. Bedroom two has 2 single beds and side balcony access. There is a second bathroom and separate toilet.
The kitchen is well equipped to eat-in with plenty of bench space and large dining table. The living area has 2 leather lounges and a smart TV with popular streaming apps.
Explore the coastal path south to Bulcock Beach and Golden Beach, or north to Kings Beach, Caloundra Head, Shelly, Moffat and Dicky beaches. Bring the bikes, fishing gear and surfboard. Cook-up a BBQ at Happy Valley, take a chair and book and watch the day go by.
The kids can entertain themselves for hours on the play equipment and of course, the beach. Enjoy a stunning sunset with a drink or fish ‘n’ chips at Bulcock Beach.
