This place has it all – location, great shops, restaurants and quality accommodation.

The Apartments is 1 hour north of Brisbane by car, centrally based by the water in the heart of Caloundra at Happy Valley. It’s also accessible from both Sunshine Coast Airport approx. 30mins north, or Brisbane Airport approx. 1hr south. The Apartments is within walking distance to everything including patrolled surf and calm-water beaches, all day dining & takeaway options, clubs & pubs, medical, groceries & essentials, retail and more.

Unit 8 enjoys a E/NE aspect. The dual-access, wrap-around balcony catches winter sun, summer shade, breezes and outstanding views across Caloundra Passage to Bribie Island and the shipping channel to Moreton Island.

The main bedroom comprises a queen bed, ensuite and separate balcony. Bedroom two has 2 single beds and side balcony access. There is a second bathroom and separate toilet.

The kitchen is well equipped to eat-in with plenty of bench space and large dining table. The living area has 2 leather lounges and a smart TV with popular streaming apps.

Explore the coastal path south to Bulcock Beach and Golden Beach, or north to Kings Beach, Caloundra Head, Shelly, Moffat and Dicky beaches. Bring the bikes, fishing gear and surfboard. Cook-up a BBQ at Happy Valley, take a chair and book and watch the day go by.

The kids can entertain themselves for hours on the play equipment and of course, the beach. Enjoy a stunning sunset with a drink or fish ‘n’ chips at Bulcock Beach. Retail therapy is just a 2 minute drive/5 minute walk away in Caloundra CBD with a number of shops and boutiques. The Sunshine Coast Turf Club holds Friday night or Sunday afternoon races and is 10-15 minutes by car/cab/Uber. And the quaint hinterland townships of Maleny and Montville are a picturesque 30 minute drive away.

Dining options to suit all budgets are aplenty. Multiple cafés, clubs, pubs, takeaways, restaurants, fine dining and fish ‘n’ chips are all within easy walking distance in any direction… stroll to Caloundra SLSC or Dom’s Italian on Kings, book a courtesy bus to the RSL or Power Boat Club (Golden Beach), or eat-in and dine on the balcony watching the cargo vessels and spectacular cruise ships go by.

Standard Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel or change their booking, the following terms will apply.

· If the Guests gives notice to cancel their booking; less than 30 days notice prior to the arrival date, no refund of any monies paid shall be made. The Owner may (in their discretion) provide a refund if the Property is re-let for the total period of the proposed Tenancy at the same or greater rent.
· more than 30 days prior to the arrival date:
· The Guest will, after deduction of the booking administration and banking fees, receive a full refund of all monies paid.
· the Guest will pay a booking administration fee to the Agency (minimum of $60.00); and
· If a booking has been paid for by credit card and is cancelled, all bank charges are the responsibility of the Guest.
· This booking is made in good faith and the Agent is not responsible for any actions taken by the Owner.
· The cancellation policy becomes active on any account once monies have been paid.
· Our Agency strongly suggests that you take out independent travel insurance
· Guests making bookings at this time do so at their ow risk
