Sealanes is a fully self contained walk-up unit offering comfortable, family-friendly accommodation for up to six guests – perfect for a relaxed coastal getaway.

The unit features three well – appointed bedrooms, with a Queen bed in the master and two single beds in both the second and third bedrooms, making it ideal for families and small groups.

The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher, giving you everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The bathroom also incorporates a laundry with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. Please note the property features a shower-over-bath.

Stay comfortable year round with reverse-cycle air conditioning in the lounge area, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Internet access is provided for your convenience.

Onsite guests can enjoy the sparkling swimming pool – perfect for cooling off or relaxing on those days you prefer to stay close to home.

Sealanes offers secure undercover parking, with a spacious garage large enough to accommodate two vehicles- Garage height is 2m. Allowing you to park your car with ease and explore the area on foot.

Ideally located, Sealanes is just moments from a vibrant foreshore precinct featuring playgrounds, water features, cafes and restaurants – everything you need for an enjoyable and memorable holiday.

Linen is included for all bookings. However, please note beds are not made prior to arrival due to the linen service provider.

Standard Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel or change their booking, the following terms will apply.

· If the Guests gives notice to cancel their booking; less than 30 days notice prior to the arrival date, no refund of any monies paid shall be made. The Owner may (in their discretion) provide a refund if the Property is re-let for the total period of the proposed Tenancy at the same or greater rent.
· more than 30 days prior to the arrival date:
· The Guest will, after deduction of the booking administration and banking fees, receive a full refund of all monies paid.
· the Guest will pay a booking administration fee to the Agency (minimum of $60.00); and
· If a booking has been paid for by credit card and is cancelled, all bank charges are the responsibility of the Guest.
· This booking is made in good faith and the Agent is not responsible for any actions taken by the Owner.
· The cancellation policy becomes active on any account once monies have been paid.
· Our Agency strongly suggests that you take out independent travel insurance
· Guests making bookings at this time do so at their ow risk
