This charming property nestles in the heart of Battery Hill, a renowned vacation hotspot known for its laid-back atmosphere and proximity to numerous attractions. Enjoy the short stroll to Currimundi, abundant with local cafes and boutique stores.

The Holiday house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with three bedrooms – there is a sofa bed in the downstairs lounge room – which makes it able to sleep 8.

Each bedroom is equipped ceiling fans for your utmost comfort with the main bedroom and lounge each supplying an air conditioner.

Awake to the embrace of balmy sunshine from the balcony, accessible directly from two of the bedrooms. The meticulously designed bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a shower, and the other with a standalone shower, provide the perfect place for rejuvenation after a day of exploration.

Please note that the bathrooms and toilets have been fitted with handrails, and the house is equipped with a chair lift for any family member who may struggle with stairs or minor disabilities.

Step into our fully-equipped kitchen where you can whip up culinary delights with modern amenities such as a dishwasher and microwave oven. Balance relaxation and entertainment in the inviting living room with a Smart TV available for you to log into your Netflix account.

This well-appointed residence prioritizes your convenience with the assurance of smoke alarms, a dedicated washer/dryer space, and parking for up to three cars. ( Please note the left hand side garage is not available as it is for owners use only) With up to two furry companions allowed, we make sure no family member gets left behind.

Head outdoors and bask in the refreshing dip in our swimming pool or lose track of time on the sun-soaked deck with the tranquil views of Battery Hill.

Linen is supplied and beds are made.

Please note the left hand side of the garage is for owner use only- Guests have the right side and driveway parking.

Please make sure you clean up after your dog and the are allowed downstairs only and not on any furnishings. Extra charges will apply.

Standard Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel or change their booking, the following terms will apply.

· If the Guests gives notice to cancel their booking; less than 30 days notice prior to the arrival date, no refund of any monies paid shall be made. The Owner may (in their discretion) provide a refund if the Property is re-let for the total period of the proposed Tenancy at the same or greater rent.
· more than 30 days prior to the arrival date:
· The Guest will, after deduction of the booking administration and banking fees, receive a full refund of all monies paid.
· the Guest will pay a booking administration fee to the Agency (minimum of $60.00); and
· If a booking has been paid for by credit card and is cancelled, all bank charges are the responsibility of the Guest.
· This booking is made in good faith and the Agent is not responsible for any actions taken by the Owner.
· The cancellation policy becomes active on any account once monies have been paid.
· Our Agency strongly suggests that you take out independent travel insurance
· Guests making bookings at this time do so at their ow risk
