Welcome to Surfside Six Unit 1, your ideal budget family vacation spot in Caloundra, QLD. This 3 bedroom holiday rental is just a stone’s throw from the sparkling sands of Bulcock Beach, and a quick stroll to the Caloundra CBD.

Unit 1 at Surfside Six is in its original state, however the unit has recently been painted and updated with new furnishing throughout, including the bedding. Being on the first floor you have easy access to take a dip or chill out by the complex shared swimming pool, there is also a communal bbq in the pool area.

Designed to host up to 6 guests, our 3-bedroom apartment offers slight water views from the balcony that add to the relaxing atmosphere. Fitted with air-conditioning in the living room.

The master bedroom, comes with a comfortable King-size bed. The second bedroom features a double bed while the third bedroom is equipped with twin King Single beds.

The holiday apartments open-plan kitchen is complete with a dishwasher and microwave oven. Even laundry is a breeze with our provided washer and dryer, making this a perfect home-away-from-home experience.

Your entertainment is also taken care of, with a new smart TV in the lounge allowing Netflix streaming on your own account. Don’t forget the complimentary Wi-Fi for all your devices – ideal for planning your beachfront adventures or relaxing after a day out exploring.

One designated single parking space ensures that you won’t have to worry about your vehicle during your stay.

Standard Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel or change their booking, the following terms will apply.

· If the Guests gives notice to cancel their booking; less than 30 days notice prior to the arrival date, no refund of any monies paid shall be made. The Owner may (in their discretion) provide a refund if the Property is re-let for the total period of the proposed Tenancy at the same or greater rent.
· more than 30 days prior to the arrival date:
· The Guest will, after deduction of the booking administration and banking fees, receive a full refund of all monies paid.
· the Guest will pay a booking administration fee to the Agency (minimum of $60.00); and
· If a booking has been paid for by credit card and is cancelled, all bank charges are the responsibility of the Guest.
· This booking is made in good faith and the Agent is not responsible for any actions taken by the Owner.
· The cancellation policy becomes active on any account once monies have been paid.
· Our Agency strongly suggests that you take out independent travel insurance
· Guests making bookings at this time do so at their ow risk
