Walk directly onto a vibrant beach popular with surfers and dog owners. 400m along the beach swim safely “between the flags” at Dicky Beach Surf Club and enjoy local cafes. Explore the spectacular scenic coastal path which passes directly in front of the house through an environmentally protected beachfront reserve to Coondibah Creek and Lake Curriumundi.

This house has plenty of space for all the family with multiple living areas and a large fully fenced yard. It naturally captures cooling ocean breezes plus A/C in upstairs bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout.
It is situated on Ballinger Beach which is one of the premier dog beaches of the Sunshine Coast. Dogs are welcome to stay at this property upon application.

The space
This beautiful spacious home is located on Ballinger Beach. It is an easy walk to a patrolled beach, Surf Club and cafes.

The house has been tastefully decorated with all modern amenities. The upper area comprises a stunning open plan living and kitchen area which flows onto a huge undercover balcony facing the ocean. The balcony is furnished with sun lounges, BBQ and bar table. A fully-equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine is available for your use. The upper area is designed for entertaining and enjoying this rare location.

The upper level has two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The lower level boasts a second living area, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate laundry room.
The property provides parking for 4 cars and plenty of green grass for the kids to play in the yard.

Additional information for Dog Owners
The house is dog-friendly and dogs are permitted upon request. Your dog is free to roam and play off-leash on the beautiful Ballanger Beach immediately in front of the house. There is also a stunning 25km coastal pathway from Golden Beach to Mooloolaba passing directly in front of the house which is ideal for walking dogs on-leash. All applicants with dogs acknowledge the following preconditions to their stay:
• Dogs must be well-mannered and not disturb the neighbours.
• Dog bowls and dog bedding are supplied by the guest.
• Dogs will not climb on furniture or sleep on beds.
• Dogs will not be left unattended inside the house.
• Dogs are properly house trained.
• The lawn will be clear of dog poo at the end of your stay.

Standard Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel or change their booking, the following terms will apply.

· If the Guests gives notice to cancel their booking; less than 30 days notice prior to the arrival date, no refund of any monies paid shall be made. The Owner may (in their discretion) provide a refund if the Property is re-let for the total period of the proposed Tenancy at the same or greater rent.
· more than 30 days prior to the arrival date:
· The Guest will, after deduction of the booking administration and banking fees, receive a full refund of all monies paid.
· the Guest will pay a booking administration fee to the Agency (minimum of $60.00); and
· If a booking has been paid for by credit card and is cancelled, all bank charges are the responsibility of the Guest.
· This booking is made in good faith and the Agent is not responsible for any actions taken by the Owner.
· The cancellation policy becomes active on any account once monies have been paid.
· Our Agency strongly suggests that you take out independent travel insurance
· Guests making bookings at this time do so at their ow risk
