This lake front position is highly sought after. With the lake, surf beach, playground and walking tracks at your doorstep, what else could you need?

The local beach store is only a short walk away and sells take away meals, basic grocery items and even rents out kayaks & paddleboards.

Unit 12 is situated on the 6th floor with lift access. It is a spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. The double sliding doors in the lounge room open up onto a huge, north facing balcony, which boasts sweeping views of the Currimundi lake, ocean beach and shipping lanes beyond.

The apartment is very well appointed. There are fans to the living/dining area and all the bedrooms. There is a in ground pool and secure underground carpark with tandem parking for your both of your cars. This property now offers WIFI.

Caloundra"s CBD and Currimundi Marketplace are only a short drive away, however you will feel as if you are a world away at The Entrance.

Excellent Location /Unit

Second time we have stayed at this unit, unfortunately the weather was against us this time, and we were rained out most of the week. Great unit although cleaners had not been as good as last time quite a few dead bugs on all window ledgers otherwise ok.

Perfect Location

We loved staying here! This property is very well set out, spacious and provides all the necessities you could need for a great getaway. My favourite spot was the front balcony, it is a fantastic size and a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The other two balconies had lovely views too and provided the opportunity to listen to the ocean from the bedrooms. The whole apartment has a lovely holiday vibe with comfortable furnishings. The beds were perfect for my liking and rooms were spacious for an apartment. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, glassware and cookware. We managed to find everything we needed to cook our meals. The key entry into all areas is great and provides extra confidence with security. Location is perfect! Easy walk to the beach- there’s a sand track that cuts straight to the beach, it’s on your right after you exit the gate by the pool. I would happily stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Location /Unit

First time at this complex and the unit is great, comfortable, clean and expansive. View was delightful, great for a walk and coffee shop close by. Parking in garage is a bit tight for wider car but overall not a problem. Security is good with key locks on lift and garage. Definitely stay again.

Stunning view

Fantastic location, great size, heaps of kitchen utensils, would definitely stay again. We had a wonderful stay. Would be good to have hand soap, washing up liquid, washing powder, bin liners and dishwasher powder provided.

Top location and facilities

This unit has it all! Amazing view. Just a few steps over the path to the lake and just a few more to the beach. Three spacious bedrooms, fantastic kitchen and six out of five for fit out. Absolutely loved our little three night stay.

We've stayed at the Entrance before and we'll stay there again, first time at unit 12 though. The location, only a short walk to the lake and beach, the view from the huge balcony, and the spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom units are perfect for our family. We highly recommend this place, Danny

Everything you need

I don’t usually like to go off internet only viewing. Preferably like to view in person as much possible so I KNOW what I’m getting. This didn’t disappoint. Excellent position. Well appointed kitchen. Can’t fault the presentation and workings of the unit at all. Clean and ready to go. The position perfect, what more do you need than that view. Position perfect within the area. Walking path right there!! Only a minute to the beach or lovely walk westward also along the creek. Great place for families we will definitely bring ours up here.

Great for kids

A well appointed, clean and comfortable unit right on the lake at Currimundi with great views out to the beach and lake. It's a great place for kids, no busy roads and there is a playground in the park in front of the complex. The unit has a good range of creature comforts and more kitchen utensils than we've seen in any other holiday unit. We'll be back.

Beautiful apartment and very spacious. Accessible to the lake, the ocean, parkland - great for children. Beautifully fitted out with loads of kitchenware and crockery. Only negative would be that it is the most expensive unit in the building and I can't justify paying that amount again. Moved in our 2nd week for a cheaper apartment. Would have stayed and rebooked for next Christmas if the price was more affordable and similar to others in the building. But......GREAT spot, and beautiful unit.

Standard Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel or change their booking, the following terms will apply.

· If the Guests gives notice to cancel their booking; less than 30 days notice prior to the arrival date, no refund of any monies paid shall be made. The Owner may (in their discretion) provide a refund if the Property is re-let for the total period of the proposed Tenancy at the same or greater rent.
· more than 30 days prior to the arrival date:
· The Guest will, after deduction of the booking administration and banking fees, receive a full refund of all monies paid.
· the Guest will pay a booking administration fee to the Agency (minimum of $60.00); and
· If a booking has been paid for by credit card and is cancelled, all bank charges are the responsibility of the Guest.
· This booking is made in good faith and the Agent is not responsible for any actions taken by the Owner.
· The cancellation policy becomes active on any account once monies have been paid.
· Our Agency strongly suggests that you take out independent travel insurance
· Guests making bookings at this time do so at their ow risk

COVID-19 Circumstances:
Outside our Standard Cancellation policy, if you are unable to occupy the Property during your reservation or you need to alter your reservation, because of the closure of State borders or other Government mandated travel restrictions, due to and/or during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Agent will agree to one (only) alteration of your reservation, provided that that alteration is of the same Property, to dates that are not more than 12 months after your original arrival date and the monies paid by you for your reservation continues to be held by the Agent for that altered reservation generally in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any difference in cost due to change in tariff will be the responsibility of the guest.

The Agent is contracted by individual property owners to take holiday bookings for their private properties. In doing so, property owners employ this policy as the framework for managing booking cancellations, amendments and refunds.

Requests from guests seeking to cancel, amend bookings or refund inconsistent with this policy, will be referred by our staff to the property owner/s, who will be the sole decision-makers regarding such requests
