Family staycation for three days in this lovely unit. The unit is well equipped. The location is fabulous... though you will need to drive to local cafes etc. The 6th floor had fantastic views however the balcony railing is not ideal if you have very little people who need to be constantly supervised. Whilst the unit was good for our short stay, the property needs some major maintenance: several doors refused to open, as did some windows, Venetian blinds were either stuck open or closed. Also be aware that the secure parking is very tight if you have a large car, plenty big enough, but just tight turning!!
Wonderful location. Apartment was clean amd fresh but balcony needed a good clean as couldn't utilise the outdoor table setting.
Back again for two stays during September and October. First stay with the family. Second for a girls getaway. This time took advantage of the lake with kayaking and SUP. A great place for families as the lake is calm. Walked along for some delicious burgers at Cocos and coffee at Thrills. Many walks through the nature preserve area. Everything we needed in the unit. We had a problem with the toilet flushing and just called Henzells/Accom Caloundra for prompt service call out to fix. Did not impact our stay. Already planning next stay. Love the spot. Best view!
Another wonderful stay!
Second time back at Unit 11 and it did not disappoint. Back again for a girls weekend of relaxing and crafting. We love how spacious and well kept this unit is. The view is amazing and we sat for hours chatting on the comfy lounge and taking all the views in. Breakfast on the balcony. Went for lovely morning walks. Nice quiet area instead of the usual hustle and bustle of some Sunny Coast areas. We love it and will be booking for a third year in a row next year.
Great location; comfortable apartment
Beautiful and relaxing views from the balcony, this was a spacious, well appointed and comfortable apartment in a quiet and relaxing setting. A couple of small maintenance issues need attention - mainly relating to some of the fly screens and the fly screen sliding doors - but this was very minor. Car park spaces are very tight for SUVs, but there was plenty of street parking. Hope to stay there again in the future.
Fabulous weekend stay
We booked the unit for a friends get together weekend. We were so glad that we had booked it. The unit is gorgeous and the view is amazing. Very large and comfortable living space. We really enjoyed sitting outside for breakfast. And what a view !! Being not on the main tourist drag at some of the busier sunny coast beaches it wasn’t too noisy. The area was lovely and we went to one of the coffee shops a short walk away. The unit was fully equipped so we could cook meals. And it was immaculately clean and modern. We are already looking at our next date to rebook.
We had 10 days at Unit 11. Large spacious unit which was very well equipped. Beautiful views and so close to beach and lake. Enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely return. One of the best holidays we have had. Hope the body corporate will check out the pool deck as we thought was very warped but swam in the lake most of the time.
Perfect family holiday location
This apartment complex is renovated and of good quality. The location is absolutely perfect for a family holiday because of the lake. The large deck areas allowed us to spread out and the kitchen had almost everything. The pool would benefit from heating as it was icy even on the very hot January days. Some deck chairs around the pool would add to the comfort too. Unfortunately we were unable to use the baby safety gate which we brought for the kitchen as the opening to the kitchen was too big. Although we completed an express check-in form, we still had to wait after the 2pm check-in time as the cleaner was still cleaning the apartment.

If the Guest wishes to cancel or change their booking, the following terms will apply.
· If the Guests gives notice to cancel their booking; less than 30 days notice prior to the arrival date, no refund of any monies paid shall be made. The Owner may (in their discretion) provide a refund if the Property is re-let for the total period of the proposed Tenancy at the same or greater rent.
· more than 30 days prior to the arrival date:
· The Guest will, after deduction of the booking administration and banking fees, receive a full refund of all monies paid.
· the Guest will pay a booking administration fee to the Agency (minimum of $60.00); and
· If a booking has been paid for by credit card and is cancelled, all bank charges are the responsibility of the Guest.
· This booking is made in good faith and the Agent is not responsible for any actions taken by the Owner.
· The cancellation policy becomes active on any account once monies have been paid.
· Our Agency strongly suggests that you take out independent travel insurance
· Guests making bookings at this time do so at their ow risk
Outside our Standard Cancellation policy, if you are unable to occupy the Property during your reservation or you need to alter your reservation, because of the closure of State borders or other Government mandated travel restrictions, due to and/or during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Agent will agree to one (only) alteration of your reservation, provided that that alteration is of the same Property, to dates that are not more than 12 months after your original arrival date and the monies paid by you for your reservation continues to be held by the Agent for that altered reservation generally in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any difference in cost due to change in tariff will be the responsibility of the guest.
The Agent is contracted by individual property owners to take holiday bookings for their private properties. In doing so, property owners employ this policy as the framework for managing booking cancellations, amendments and refunds.
Requests from guests seeking to cancel, amend bookings or refund inconsistent with this policy, will be referred by our staff to the property owner/s, who will be the sole decision-makers regarding such requests
