Awesome location.

Lovely well stocked & comfy unit that was a good size and had amazing views & so close to the beach. Very close to everything & great walks in each direction. Would love to stay again.

Disappointed on a couple of issues.

Some light switches gave a small electric shock. The Lift often did not work, this made it a nightmare for taking suitcases and luggage up to level 2 from basement carpark and again down to carpark on departure. The roller door to basement carpark sometimes remained open all day or night.

Fantastic Holiday Getaway

This location is perfect. Room was great for a family. Extremely relaxing. There was an issue with a screen door and it was fixed the same day that I contacted the agent. The room had everything that we needed. Bit of a shame that we had to take our own linen and clean when we left, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would come again but only during winter as there is no air con and the peak price is far too expensive for us to even consider (especially with no air conditioning & having to clean when you leave). Thank you for allowing us to have a very much needed relaxing family holiday. With our four children, we have made unforgettable memories.

Fantastic views

The location of this property is A+, beautiful walk ways, walking distance of cafe's and playgrounds. The property itself is in need of some TLC. The garage could be a little more secure.

Generally good amenities except for lounge which is uncormfortable because of wear and tear. Has been for several years.

Fabulous position but needs a spruce up.

Lovely place to stay. Right on the beach and close to everything. We have stayed here several time and will most likely do so again. It just needs a bit of a spruce up and good clean. Couches have definitely had it - very uncomfortable as there is no stuffing left in the cushions so you are basically sitting down into the frame. Beds are nearing the end of their days - quite uncomfortable by the end of a week. Stove only has one setting - very hot. Oven is clean but just smokes when you turn it on. The basic clean had obviously been done, but it really needs a good clean. Fans and vents are covered with sticky, dirty dust. Windows and screens had not been cleaned for quite a while. They should at least be clean fo the start of a booking but the screens in particular had a thick coating of dirty, sticky dust and you could not see through the windows. They also have so much build up in the tracks that they are difficult to open and close. Bathrooms have some mould that just needs a bit of bleach.

Great Family Unit

Great location and wonderful views. Fantastic unit for a family, plenty of room. Walking distance to beaches, parks, coffee shops and restaurants. We'll be back.

Good place to stay

Had wonderful family holiday. Unit in excellent position with view over ocean and the pool was enjoyable. Walk to town centre. Very roomy unit. Going back to stay again

Standard Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel or change their booking, the following terms will apply.

· If the Guests gives notice to cancel their booking; less than 30 days notice prior to the arrival date, no refund of any monies paid shall be made. The Owner may (in their discretion) provide a refund if the Property is re-let for the total period of the proposed Tenancy at the same or greater rent.
· more than 30 days prior to the arrival date:
· The Guest will, after deduction of the booking administration and banking fees, receive a full refund of all monies paid.
· the Guest will pay a booking administration fee to the Agency (minimum of $60.00); and
· If a booking has been paid for by credit card and is cancelled, all bank charges are the responsibility of the Guest.
· This booking is made in good faith and the Agent is not responsible for any actions taken by the Owner.
· The cancellation policy becomes active on any account once monies have been paid.
· Our Agency strongly suggests that you take out independent travel insurance
· Guests making bookings at this time do so at their ow risk

COVID-19 Circumstances:
Outside our Standard Cancellation policy, if you are unable to occupy the Property during your reservation or you need to alter your reservation, because of the closure of State borders or other Government mandated travel restrictions, due to and/or during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Agent will agree to one (only) alteration of your reservation, provided that that alteration is of the same Property, to dates that are not more than 12 months after your original arrival date and the monies paid by you for your reservation continues to be held by the Agent for that altered reservation generally in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any difference in cost due to change in tariff will be the responsibility of the guest.

The Agent is contracted by individual property owners to take holiday bookings for their private properties. In doing so, property owners employ this policy as the framework for managing booking cancellations, amendments and refunds.

Requests from guests seeking to cancel, amend bookings or refund inconsistent with this policy, will be referred by our staff to the property owner/s, who will be the sole decision-makers regarding such requests
