At the end of street is the beach and your entry to the boardwalk leading you either towards the centre Kings Beach including the free child-friendly water fountain, rock pools and plenty of restaurants for your enjoyment or the other way to Bulcock Beach and Caloundra CBD offering you calm waters to swim in or shopping along main road.

The unit is fully equipped for relaxing as well with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area, Austar and surround sound for rainy weather or quiet nights. This property now has reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge room.

The complex also provides a lift, security parking, pool and BBQ area for your enjoyment!

Great Location

Great spot. Even on rainy days, just sit in the couch and over look the ocean. Great Kitchen and lounge. Lift to underground carpark is a big bonus. Been using Henzells for 20 years. This is one of my best. Not to mention, every channel on foxtel

Stunning views!

This apartment has been renovated beautifully and fitted out with high quality appliances and furniture. Unfortunately it has been allowed to get run down and is quite tired. The blinds in the bedrooms need to be replaced, the TV and Foxtel don’t work consistently and reliably. The dishwasher doesn’t clean well. Henzells were great at getting a service man out but the last thing I want when I’m on holidays is to be making calls to ask for maintenance or repairs. On the positive side, the views are amazing and the proximity to the beach and boardwalk is great.

Great Location

Fantastic location, comfortable furniture, really clean (new, just renovated perhaps?) bathrooms. Some fittings have been a little affected by the sea air but that's to be expected give it's position. The unit probably needs a 'deep clean' after summer holidays (a little dust, sand etc.) but absolutely nothing to put us off coming back next year! Thanks for the great stay

Excellent views great unit Only thing with the unit is a little extra time on the occasional window cleaning would be ideal.

Great Location Views, but

Recent stay at this unit was quite pleasant, though I have to say the unit needed a good clean and d clustering. Everything you need for all ages is available and the views are fantastic. Instructions on how to use Austar and DVD player would have been appreciated. Unit 4 and 6 preferable.

Standard Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel or change their booking, the following terms will apply.

· If the Guests gives notice to cancel their booking; less than 30 days notice prior to the arrival date, no refund of any monies paid shall be made. The Owner may (in their discretion) provide a refund if the Property is re-let for the total period of the proposed Tenancy at the same or greater rent.
· more than 30 days prior to the arrival date:
· The Guest will, after deduction of the booking administration and banking fees, receive a full refund of all monies paid.
· the Guest will pay a booking administration fee to the Agency (minimum of $60.00); and
· If a booking has been paid for by credit card and is cancelled, all bank charges are the responsibility of the Guest.
· This booking is made in good faith and the Agent is not responsible for any actions taken by the Owner.
· The cancellation policy becomes active on any account once monies have been paid.
· Our Agency strongly suggests that you take out independent travel insurance
· Guests making bookings at this time do so at their ow risk

COVID-19 Circumstances:
Outside our Standard Cancellation policy, if you are unable to occupy the Property during your reservation or you need to alter your reservation, because of the closure of State borders or other Government mandated travel restrictions, due to and/or during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Agent will agree to one (only) alteration of your reservation, provided that that alteration is of the same Property, to dates that are not more than 12 months after your original arrival date and the monies paid by you for your reservation continues to be held by the Agent for that altered reservation generally in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any difference in cost due to change in tariff will be the responsibility of the guest.

The Agent is contracted by individual property owners to take holiday bookings for their private properties. In doing so, property owners employ this policy as the framework for managing booking cancellations, amendments and refunds.

Requests from guests seeking to cancel, amend bookings or refund inconsistent with this policy, will be referred by our staff to the property owner/s, who will be the sole decision-makers regarding such requests
