Absolutely stunning 180+ degree views. Literally seconds from Kings Beach - the best position in town. Seriously good coffee shop downstairs with corner store, Pavilion, Surf Club less than 100ms away.

Great views, location, space. Freshly updated unit with a beach feel. Comfy pull-out sofa bed in the living room so you can wake up to those stunning views and a nice sized TV. Kitchen is a nice size, unfortunately no dishwasher but with a view out to Kings Beach its not much of a chore or just get the kids to do it. Only downside to the kitchen would be the small fridge. For those families (like us) who book longer stays at a time a bigger fridge would be better. Not a lot of freezer space. Second bedroom has 2 single beds which were comfortable, main bedroom was spacious but would of liked a bigger bed. I think it was a double not a queen. Both bedrooms have built ins. Bathroom/laundry still needs to be updated but is still functional what you need. Bath/shower, washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet that has been updated. Stunning views on the verandah with table and 4 chairs perfect place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Inground pool and nice tidy gardens with a single lock up garage. If the kids are driving you crazy send them over to the park to burn some energy its only across the road at the back. Plenty of space to ride a scooter or bike, or kick a ball if they are older otherwise plenty of shade to sit and watch them if they are younger. We loved staying at Jilci so much that we have rebooked for holidays in 2021..

Views from every window - breathtaking.
The shipping lane is so close. Very interesting. Container and Cruise ships, we have even seen an aircraft carrier. The patrolled beach and large public swimming pool means anyone can swim most days. Public transport - A short stroll across a beautiful park the busses run the length of the Sunshine Coast every 15 mins. There are at least 5 clubs that pick up and drop off at the unit. RSL's bus runs every hour the others at night. There are 2 other clubs within a short walk. The ocean beach walking paths and board walks are spectacular. The unit is older style but we can't think of anywhere that would match the beauty, the serenity and the excitment of spending the winter at Jilci units.
It is in the best location for beach, dinning,pokies if you like a press and also views all around unit there are balconies outside every room and window. The downside is the property was tidy not clean and I suffered hey fever due to large dust volume,needs huge clean inside out. Front security screen didn't lock as well as all security screening though out. And furniture needs an update, but for the budget that didn't bother me too much, even dust on furniture and curtains otherwise this place is perfect, just need to be able to cope with the 6 flight of stairs and walking up hill from beach etc. I loved the exercise

If the Guest wishes to cancel or change their booking, the following terms will apply.
· If the Guests gives notice to cancel their booking; less than 30 days notice prior to the arrival date, no refund of any monies paid shall be made. The Owner may (in their discretion) provide a refund if the Property is re-let for the total period of the proposed Tenancy at the same or greater rent.
· more than 30 days prior to the arrival date:
· The Guest will, after deduction of the booking administration and banking fees, receive a full refund of all monies paid.
· the Guest will pay a booking administration fee to the Agency (minimum of $60.00); and
· If a booking has been paid for by credit card and is cancelled, all bank charges are the responsibility of the Guest.
· This booking is made in good faith and the Agent is not responsible for any actions taken by the Owner.
· The cancellation policy becomes active on any account once monies have been paid.
· Our Agency strongly suggests that you take out independent travel insurance
· Guests making bookings at this time do so at their ow risk
Outside our Standard Cancellation policy, if you are unable to occupy the Property during your reservation or you need to alter your reservation, because of the closure of State borders or other Government mandated travel restrictions, due to and/or during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Agent will agree to one (only) alteration of your reservation, provided that that alteration is of the same Property, to dates that are not more than 12 months after your original arrival date and the monies paid by you for your reservation continues to be held by the Agent for that altered reservation generally in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any difference in cost due to change in tariff will be the responsibility of the guest.
The Agent is contracted by individual property owners to take holiday bookings for their private properties. In doing so, property owners employ this policy as the framework for managing booking cancellations, amendments and refunds.
Requests from guests seeking to cancel, amend bookings or refund inconsistent with this policy, will be referred by our staff to the property owner/s, who will be the sole decision-makers regarding such requests
